Quick answers
Where’s my order?
Orders go out within one working day and arrive in 1–2 days. You’ll get a dispatch email — if it hasn’t turned up after three days, give us a ring.
Do you gift wrap?
Yes, free on every order, and we’ll write a card by hand if you add a message at the basket.
Can I return something?
Within 28 days, unused and in its packaging. Bring it into the shop or post it back — full details on our delivery and returns page.
Can I collect instead of paying postage?
Yes — choose “Collect from the shop” at checkout. It’s free and usually ready within a couple of hours.
